Kijun is a configurable compliance determination platform. You author your regime; the people who have to meet it run the check themselves. Every determination is deterministic, so the same inputs against the same rule return the same answer every time, and you can show where that answer came from.

Map your requirements, thresholds and references once, in your own wording. They stay yours.

They fill in a structured intake and Kijun tells them where they stand: what is missing, and what to do about it.
All of that happens before anything reaches your desk.

Because the determination is deterministic, it can be reproduced later from the rule and the inputs behind it. Rules are versioned, and a correction goes in as a new entry, so the earlier answer is still there when someone asks about it.
02Deterministic by design
A Kijun determination is computed from your rules. Run the same inputs against the same rule a year from now and you get the same result, and you can point at the rule that produced it.
AI has a job here, and it is a narrower one: explaining a result, or helping an applicant work out what is actually being asked of them. It does not make the determination. On review, that is the distinction you will be asked about.
Reproducible by construction, which is what makes it auditable.
In market
ConsentIQ tells New Zealand building designers whether a consent application is ready to lodge, and exactly what is missing if it is not. It has been doing that on real projects, in a live regulated domain, on the same deterministic approach Kijun runs on. It is the first domain we are bringing onto the shared engine.

03Ownership
The rules you author in Kijun are your intellectual property. Kozure makes no claim on your domain content. You bring the regime. We run the determination on it and keep the record.
04Security and residency
What an assurance reviewer usually asks for, in one place, including the part we cannot do yet.
Infrastructure
Runs on certified cloud infrastructure. Sub-processors hold SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
Tenant isolation
Each regime's data is isolated at the database layer, with row-level security on a per-tenant key. This is built and in use today.
Encryption
Encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS, inherited from the underlying platform.
Data residency
Australia (Sydney) is the current floor. In-country New Zealand residency is not available on our managed platform yet. That works for RESTRICTED and SENSITIVE-or-lower, and we will tell you plainly if your classification needs more than we can offer.
Procurement
Kozure is working towards government listings on buy.nsw in Australia and the NZ Government Marketplace for SaaS.
05Day one
Kijun is delivered as a supervised service. Your team authors the regime; Kozure commits it, attests it and provisions it. Sign-off has two parts: you attest that the regime is substantively correct, we attest that it is structurally sound. Both names end up on the record.
Self-serve authoring and provisioning are on the roadmap. We are not selling them before they exist. What you can have now is a working determination service with an audit trail under it.
